The adobe installer says 'there is no internet connection'. So I tried via the adobe website and still the same problem.

Hi Rajshree
Thanks for your email. I tried updating adobe application manager and creative cloud still won't update. Installer cannot connect to the internet. I do have internet connection, as I'm sending this email. I did notice that the links you gave me did not mention windows 8. I upgraded to windows 8.
