Creative Cloud Won't Update

Hi. When I login the computes message that I have a CC update. I open the update and click update. The window stay but changes to a progress bar, which it reaches about 85% and then quickly goes to 100% and the window closes. When I open it the update seems not to happen.

I uninstall the app and restart but now gets half way of the progress bar for the installation and nothing happens.

Help?

restart your computer

reinstall the latest cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
