So my creative cloud on my macbook pro won't update. I'm logged into my account and it says it is updated, but it only reaches 2%. I've logged out and logged back in. I've updated my account information. I've updated my computer and it still only gets to 2%. I have great WiFi. So I just have no idea what's going on. Does anyone have an idea of what I can do so that it updates all the way?

do you see both logos?
