This might be simple to solve but I just can find out how. accidentilly removed some Creative Cloud files and then the apps page wouldnt load. I tried to unistall it but it wouldnt unistall because I had photoshop installed. After a month I forced it to uninstall, when I reinstalled it the apps still wouldnt load. I tried the repair option in the installer and even when it says that Creative Cloud is repaired, it still wont work. I dont understand how to fix this. I have unistalled and reinstalled at least 10 times and i really dont want to have to wipe my computer just to use Creative Cloud. Please if anyone knows a solustion to this please help.
then, if you're certain you meticulously followed the cleaning steps, you may need to
back up your data
reformat your hard drive
reinstall you os
reload your data
reinstall the cc desktop app and your trial and subsciption programs.

I hope you did find the tool from the link I already provided in my previous post. Well if you are still facing issues then I would suggest a complete cleaning up of all Adobe software and the reinstalling. Do the following
If even this does not work then contacting support for technical assitance would not be a bad idea

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired.
update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud
if you're unable to download the cc desktop app at this stage, use the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare
p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Space Potato, the steps that Kglad has offered are pretty comprehensive. It may not be possible to recover from the damage done when the files used by the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application were manually removed from the computer.
What type of Creative Cloud membership are you using, Space Potato? If you are using an individual paid membership, then please don't hesitate to begin a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen so a member of our support team can work with you directly to allow you to open the Creative Cloud desktop app successfully.

@Space Potato, if you have no subscription and it's been a month since you started an adobe trial, you're outside the trial period and won't be able to use an adobe trial on the problematic computer.

Ok, I am curious, what are you using the Creative Cloud desktop app for then Space Potato? If the uninstall was removed but with errors, then you are done.
Are you planning to use Adobe applications on this computer in the future? If so, which applications or services? Not all of them require the use of the Creative Cloud desktop app.

I had creative cloud installed to use the adobe photoshop trial, it ran out and Creative Cloud stayed on my computer. I've been wanting to get into animating with Adobe animate, but Creative Cloud won't work.
