Sorry I expressed myself badly, I mean what version of Photoshop, illustrator, animated should I install?

You would only be able to use up to the CC 2018 version ( https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements/earlier-versions.html ).  Adobe only allows the past 2 releases in CC so you can try these links but they can be removed at any time: https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2018-direct-download-links.html .  As old as that computer is, it is time to invest in a new computer.

Thank you, there is also the download link for the 2020 version because in previous versions of creative cloud it no longer exists. 😞

as previously mentioned by @Ben M, the cc 2018 versions are the last versions listed as compatible with os10.11. 

all the previous versions are available either via adobe.com or prodesigntools.com and you can try to install them, but it's not clear that's what you want to try.
