Creative Suite 3 downloads

I think I already know the answer to this, but hoping I'm wrong.  Is it possible anymore to purchase and receive CDs of the entire Creative Suite or individual apps apart from the cloud?  I'm working on top of a mountain at 3000 feet and the internet is running at 1990 DSL speeds...when it is actually working.  We're stuck in the dark ages on CS3 and really need to upgrade, but I'm afraid the internet is too slow to download and stay connected via the cloud software.

CS6 has not been sold since January 2017

You may buy discs for Photoshop/Premiere Elements, but only from a 3rd party such as Amazon... since, as far as I know, Adobe no longer sells discs for any programs

You might be able to use these direct download links for CC 2018 http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2018-direct-download-links.html to download on a computer with faster internet and then move the downloads to a USB drive
