Creative Suite 4 CD + Download funktioniert nicht

Question

Hallo,
bei der Installation der "Adobe Creative Suite4" (CD) ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Nachdem die erste CD gestartet ist und man hier den Start der Installation bestätigen musste, passiert nichts mehr.
Somit habe ich mir die Programme auf der Adobe Seite heruntergeladen. Öffne ich hier das Setup und bestätige den Start der Installation passiert ebenfalls nichts.
Was kann ich hier machen? Besteht die Möglichkeit, dass ich die Programme erneut in CD-Form zugeschickt bekomme?

copy the installation files to a new desktop directory and install from that directory.
