Creative Suite 6 Master Collection

Someone just gave me a new, unopened 'hard copy' of the Creative Suite 6 Master Collection. Two questions: 1) Can it be used/supported without a subscription and 2) how many computers can I install it on?

    Technically, that is not allowed according to the license.

    The license is for a single user and although it can be installed on two computers, it can't be used by that person on two computers at the same time, as well.

    Ccslco2015 I would recommend you begin by registering the software on http://www.adobe.com/.  If you are successful with the registration process then you have an unused valid license.  You can find information regarding the registration process at Activate and deactivate Adobe products​.

    In regards to your question about activation please see Activate and deactivate Adobe products which discusses how to activate Creative Suite 6 on up to two computers for your use.

      It should be valid, as the box was unopened. I was just concerned, given that Adobe seems to have migrated almost completely to subscription service and so was wondering what level of access/support I can expect from an old version installed from a 'hard copy'. I would also like to share access with at least one other person, so didn't want to eliminate that person's ability to use it if I were to have loaded it onto my computer first.

      Ccslco2015 primarily forum only support for any type of error or issue you face.  The only exception is if you face activation assistance.  Were you able to register the software title successfully?
