I use to have my creative suite cs5.5 for the Windows 7, however due to the fact that I lost my creative suite and my computer just crash I have to borrow my classmates creative suite.  The first creative suite I've borrow didn't even install at all no effort to run the installer; in the contrary when I use my second classmate creative suite, it try to install however there some error occurred like the serial number error.  All in all, I really need to reinstall this programs before this weekend because am doing a contract project to do and I need to finish this Saturday.  So I need to know why I have an error whenever the creative suite tried to installed and what the solution to reinstall the CS 5.5 in no time?

    Hi fogy08,

Are you trying to install Creative Suite on a new machine of yours?

If Yes, then Why borrow your friend's Creative Suite software.

And what error do you get while installing the software?

You can download CS5.5 from your Adobe account (if purchased online) and then use the serial number you purchased to activate the software.

Alternatively you can try downloading it from the direct download links available at : http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs5-5-direct-download-links.html

But make sure you follow the important steps mentioned on the page before initiating the download.

    Hello Rave,

The error I get was the serial number is not valid for this product and I was wondering why I have that error.

How can I download the CS5.5 from my Adobe account and I'll try use the alternative download.

Step 1 is when you click Download Now.

A window should then pop up in your browser offering to download Acrobat XI.

Step 3 - click Cancel to stop the download.

(You don't want that download - just the cookie that's created on your hard drive when you clicked Download in step 1.)

Then Step 4 - back to prodesigntools.com to download CS5.5

If you're still struggling, try a different browser.

What if I already download the Adobe Acrobat, can I uninstall that and start over?
