CS 5 auf MAC OS 10.10 geht einiges nicht

Ich versuche nun seit geraumer Zeit, CS 5.0 auf einem Laptop mit MAC OS 10.10 zum Laufen zzzzu bringen.

Erstes Problem - nach Erfolgreicher installation von DVD: PS 12.0 stürzt ab bei Druckbefehl.

Ein Update auf ein 12.yx scheitert daran, dass bei der Eingabe der Adobe ID ein Netzwerkfehler auftritt - man möge es später noch mal probieren .. was ich tat, erfolglos. Den Service direkt zu kontaktieren scheitert an den Öffnungszeiten: Mo-Fr von 9-16:45. Nicht mal eine einfache Mail kann man ausserhalb der Öffungszeiten verschicken ... absurd. In den Adobe Account kann ich mich auch nur mit einem Rechner einwählen, mit dem anderen bin ich in einer Schleife - immer wieder wird Mailadresse un PW verlangt. Langsam weiß ich nicht mehr weiter .. Ich hoffte, mit Registrierung des Produktes ein Update zu bekommen - ohne bekomme ich jedenfalls keines - nur leider geht die Anmeldung nicht .. Das ist eigentlich momentan der Größte Knackpuznkz. Falls also jemand eine Idee hat - ein Dankbarer Abnehmer von Ideen sitz am Computer und freut sich.

If you already registered cs5 before there is no need to do it again.

Adobe already has your info pertaining to cs5.

 

 

You can try this photoshop cs5 12.0.4 update installer to fix your print crash issue:

TLS 1.2 is now required to connect https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/eol-tls-support.html

Adobe does not now support that very old program

You're using 12 year old software at your own risk.  CS5 is discontinued & unsupported.  It might work on your system or it might not.

32-bit Creative Suite will not install on Mac Catalina, Big Sur or Monterey.  It's too old.

Revert to an older operating system  -  Mojave or High Sierra  - and use the terminal workaround to install.

der englisch-sprachige Support ist 7/7 und 24/24 erreichbar. Allerdings nützt das nichts, da CS5 schon lange nicht mehr vom Support unterstützt wird. Der Support wird Dich nach hier verweisen. Sorry, aber wenn Nancy oder John Dir keine Hilfestellung gegeben haben, dann sieht es schlecht aus.

thank you - you made my day! Thanks for the PS 12.0.4 update link. Actually, thats what I was looking for. Adobe closed the CS5 Server - so no wonder that I got the Network Error when trying to register. Now I do have CS 5 running on 10.10.5 (I guess - next 5 weeks tryout) it will also run on MacOS 10.11 or even 10.12 without any printing issue. I am happy, I am more than happy.

The CS2-CS3-CS4 activation servers have been removed from service
