cs 9.4

Question

hi,I am a re-seller of Adobe product. I want to buy a Creative Cloud license of adobe for my client. But they have a piracy copy of CS 9.4 that is very old version. So I want to know that any backdated product file (such as cs 9.4) format will be supported to the Creative Cloud?

hello,i have faced a new problem that is when I install Illustrator cc(2017) my client adobe portal his Mac OS X (version 10.9.5), I can not able to install it. it show a message that the system requirement support. I know cc 2017 support in Mac 10.10 or earlier. creative cloud subscriptions allow installation and use of programs as far back as cs6, but not older.
