Im trying to install my copy of adobe cs4 design premium on a new computer, and have deactivated it on my old computer. However the serial number will no longer work to activate the product. Also I do not have a disk drive on my new computer and cannot find the link to download the trial version of CS4 . Please advise.

-click on the Chat bot on the bottom right hand corner of the first screen
--the chat bot is the circle with a funny looking box with 3 dots inside
