CS4 Design Standard, Installation download files, Serial number not valid - Adobe Ticket 221663897: Daniel B

Hi All,

maybe someone in the forum can help. I tried to install CS4 Design Standard, but my serial number is "not valid".The chat from Adobe (ticket number 221663897) checked the serial number and this is "okay" and valid for the german langague package. "I have to install the german version, not the english".

Okay, but It looks for me, that the downloading files at Adobe webpage containing not the German language package (I can see only GB, CA, US, MX (eng, french, spanish). The download contains 3 files at Downloadlink:  Download Adobe Creative Suite 4 (CS4) products

Attached some print screens with detailed info. Any help is more than welcome.

I changed my computer system, the 30 days trail is only in english, my DVDs are at a good place (cannot found them after 6 years).
