The SN on the DVD case was a "Bulk" as I was told by the tech support, but the issue is the copy of CS4 web standard was given to me by the school to do some work in Flash at home?
Please someone help me fix this issue

You will have to take that up with your (former?) school. Nobody can know what serial they actual issued to you from their alotment in the volume license, not even support.

no it's my current school, they don't know what to do, I talked to tech support and they told me to post here to find help

turns out the reason is the servers no longer are active to support it and I'd have to pay $400 to upgrade to CS6, I am livid with tech support

the issue is not getting the Key, I have the key it's using the dam thing when I keep getting the same error that the key is not valid when I know it is valid, I am reading it right off the box

RealNerdLewis perhaps if you can provide details as to why you need to reinstall CS4? Did you get a new computer?

I was given it in a DVD Case by my school to do some FLASH CS4 work at home, it's not a burnt Disc it's the actually disc from the school's library, the Code was tapped to the back of the box/DVD Case I was handed and it said CS4 Web Standard Key

RealNerdLewis I would recommend having a member of your school contact Adobe directly at Contact Customer Care to verify the validity of the serial number.

Already did and got told "We Apologize For The Inconvenience Caused We Like To Inform If The CS 3 And CS 4 Is No More Available On Adobe Server So Its Unable To Activate" (That's an email from Adobe Support) so it's like well grate.
so doses anyone know of a way to fix this?
