CS4 Master Offline Activation?

• I just purchased the older cs4 (sold new by amazon). My computer (that I would like to install the software on) does not have internet access. Can I use offline activation for that?: Offline Activation

As you have mentioned that you have Adobe Master Collection CS4 that you have just purchased from Amazon and you wish to install it on an offline machine. You may try the instructions mentioned in the article that you have shared: - Offline Activation. Please share the serial number that you have been given so that we may verify the status of the serial number as well.

I would also like to inform you that Adobe is not selling Adobe CS4 anymore and we have limited support for the same.
