CS4 premium Activation

I purchased LR and CS4 premium as a student from the University Bookstore, some 5 years ago.  I started with LR, installed and used.  I never opened CS4 premium, as LR did most of what I wanted at the time.  I still have the sealed software.  I'd like to start using, as I now have need for the features in CS4.  I graduated as a student.  Can I still activate and use?

GPloz that will depend on if you have a serial number or a product code.  If you have a product code then you would still need to be a current student if it is even possible to redeem it.

If you have a serial number then it will be available under your account at http://www.adobe.com/.  You can find more details on how to locate your serial number at Find your serial number quickly - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html.

I think I'm without the serial number and I don't really want to open it to find out.  Academic ID was required to purchase.  $325 was paid.

The tag on the box says "Student Licensing", "Academic ID required.  Serial number required for installation.  Visit www.adobe.studentlicensing.com for serial number information.  See inside over for complete instructions".

If I can't activate because I'm no longer a student, what do I do?  Sell it to an active student only?  Can it be any student?  Post secondary only?

I spent $325 and it's likely worth much less, once opened.  Can you give me any more insight into my options?

Thanks!

Maybe there is a coupon code inside the box that would allow me to retrieve the serial.

The link to student/teacher activation site showed that option....Adobe Student and Teacher Licensing

GPloz if the product code was never redeemed then there is a chance it may no longer be possible.  Creative Suite 4 was released on October 15, 2008.  I would not be surprised if there was a period of time specified to redeem your product code for a serial number.
