CS5 error 213:5

After 45 minutes on hold waiting for help on the chat line I am now hoping for some answers to opening my CS5 which i tried to reinstall on my Macbook. Error code 213:5 appears when trying to open the application! Anybody with a solution?

    I have tried everything mentioned, ie. resetting ssl from store, etc., I have even tried to restore my mac, re installing from original disk and even downloading. No luck! I have spent hours on chat with adobe and keep getting the same old loop. I mean hours, days. What is the problem and why, as everyone else is asking, is there not a telephone support line that WORKS and that you are not waylaid with.

    People on chat are nice but, that does not solve the issues. PLEASE, Adobe resolve the contact problems and the installation issues.

    I paid for my programs and expect some professionalism.

    What is your operating system version?

    CS5 is 6+ years old and because Apple made so many changes, it is not compatible with Mac El Capitan or Sierra
