CS5 Installer failed to initialize on OS X 10.9

I just got a new Macbook Pro with OS X 10.9, I wasn't able to transfer the Adobe applications I re-downloaded CS5 from my Adobe account and when I try to install I get this error:

Installer failed to initialize.

I downloaded Adobe Support Advisor and it reported no issues. This is the Support Token # 40-85276-210611122013
