CS5 to CC with a different license.

I currently have CS5 and am upgrading to CC. The new CC purchase needs to have a different license than my current software. Should I uninstall all of my CS5 before purchasing CC?

Hi,

The Old version of Adobe apps do not interfere with the new ones.

CS5 needed a Serial Number for licensing and Creative cloud does not it only needs an email id to login.
