CS6 Entitlement Program?

I've been told that if you owned any previous version of CS from before Adobe made the switch to "all cloud", you are entitled to the CS6 version.  I'm not 100% sure this is accurate, but I have a couple of computers with installations of CS3 and CS4 (one version on each) Web Premium.  These work just fine for me, and I realize that CS6 is EOL and no longer supported, but the comment did get me thinking.  Does such an entitlement program actually exist?  If so, how would one take advantage of such a thing?

If there ever was such a thing, it is long gone

I bought a CS5.5 program which came with an automatic upgrade to the CS6 version... but that was several years in the past, and was only for one specific program

As far as I know, there never was a direct upgrade path from CS3 or CS4 to CS6... and if there had been, it would not have been free

Thank you, John.  That's pretty much what I expected to find, but I thought it was at least worth a quick ask.  My budget doesn't allow for purchasing any sort of upgrade at this point and, as I stated, the CS3/CS4 versions I'm currently using are sufficient for my needs at the moment, but I was thinking it'd be silly not to take advantage of a free upgrade if it were available.

Your old programs will continue to work on those computers as long as you do not upgrade your operating system to one that will no longer run old programs properly... or will not run an old program at all
