I'm getting a message stating that the trial for my product has expired and when i go to enter the serial number, it says that the serial key is Invalid. helpcenter validated that the key is legit. i already un- and reinstalled everything. And removed cash and coockies... do you have a suggestion what i could try next?

CS6 was last sold in 2012... how/where did you get the program?

My key was registered in april 2014 (at least that's what it states within my plan) (does that matter? > helpcenter validated that the key is legit<)
Where did i get the program? probably online download form adobe. Uprade from 5 (or 4) i don't remember. I've been using the Adobe Suite for the last 2 centuries.
I've been renewing my CCloud plan for years, and could alway's keep using 6 along side the latest Adobe App's
But now after my latest renewel I get the popup that my "design and web premium trial" has expired. "you can contineu to use CS6 by purchasing the softwar" ... when i press the "licence this softwar" and enter my key It sais it's invalid. Adobe support couln't help me and redirected me here... 😞

That is SO WRONG... nobody in a public forum is going to be able to help with a serial number issue
My only idea is that you have used your allowed 2 activations and the error message is not correct
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
