Question

Data breach, how do I remove all data and account?

Hi There,

I've experienced a couple of data breaches on other websites so am now removing accounts and ALL DATA for non-essential accounts/websites. I have two Adobe accounts and would like to remove one and ALL of it's data - how do I do this?

There are no delete data/account options and getting info from Adobe support is like pulling teeth! Adobe are also vague on what happens to data once an account is deleted - I want to rest easy knowing there's no personal info (or any data) on Adobe's servers once the account is gone.

Does anyone have experience on this?

Cheers

Hi csscms,

check out this page to learn more about how Adobe handles your data:
» General data protection regulation, GDPR | Adobe Privacy Center

To get your account and all its data removed, you will need to contact the Adobe Privacy Team:

» Adobe Privacy Center

Click on "Contact Us" and then on the big, blue button (under "Other Privacy Question Not Listed Above?").

Best Regards,
Maurice

Thank you,

I've been told by Adobe support that Adobe keeps my name, email, phone, address and my contracts/subscriptions once the account is deleted.

I'll contact the privacy team and see how I get on.

Cheers
