I've been on support hold (call-in) for 33 minutes. Is there an online way to deactivate creative cloud licenses?
Hi foxetown,
We sincerely apologize here for the long wait time due to high volume.
As per your query, you mentioned about deactivating Creative Cloud licenses. If you are looking to Deactivate Creative Cloud licenses installed on a computer , then you may need to Launch the Creative Cloud App and click on your Profile Icon at the Top right and Select "Sign out" that will De-activate Creative Cloud license on that computer.

If you are looking to Cancel the Creative Cloud Team licenses and unable to do so due to high wait time in call, you may Sign in to: https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ with your account and Click on "Support" Tab at the Top Select "Start Chat" so that our Support Team can help in Cancelling Team licenses.
Thank you,
Deepjyoti.

Could you share the phone number where you reached support? I have been unable to locate a phone number with a human to actually listen to the problem and try to help. They want to push everything off to the terminators. Any phone support number for Adobe would be greatly appreciated.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
