My PC motherboard expired. I had it replaced but wasn't able to deactivate my Adobe software. Now I need to reactivate it but the serial number is "in use". I also tried to deactivate it from a second PC, but I am told that I am not connected to the internet. But I am, otherwise I won't be able to send this. Please help.
