deleted cloud files but not giving me space back

I have deleted all my files in the 20GB that comes with my subscription

but does not give me the room back, says its still full.

Thanks you,  I had tried to do that befoire but nothing was showing up in the archived folder.

Then discovered for some reason my ghostery plugin needed to whitlist the page and I was able to see files and delete.

As you mentioned that even after deleting files, you still don't get the complete storage space, please make sure you have emptied the Archived folder as well.

open your cc desktop app

click the cloud icon at the upper right

click cc web

 

check the files in the 7 folders (4 in your files, 2 in libraries with you, 1 in shared with you

check the lightroom link at the page's lower left

delete unneeded files in those 8 locations

open your mobile cc app > files delete unwanted files

 

finally delete the files in your cc web deleted folder, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/delete-files-permanently.html
