Deleted programmes by hand and cant reload

Like an idiot, I deleted Photoshop and Acrobat by hand, then realised I should have uninstalled them in Creative Cloud Desktop.  I ran Creative Cloud Desktop Cleaner and asked to delete everything.  It has sorted Photoshop but I cant reload Acrobat.  Both programems have the open button.  Uninstall does nothing.  Any ideas?
