Difficulty purchasing student rate

Question

Hello, Im a student and when I try to apply for the student rate of 19.99 euro a month for the 12 month contract I fill in all the details, including bank details. I press confirm at the final stage and it just goes straight back to the start not telling me if its after going through or looking for student ID. I tried to contact support on the Adobe website but Its like going into a city hall or tax office, nothing is straight forward and cant find a thing. Any help would be great.

Once you've confirmed your eligibility via the link Sheena offered, you might also try processing the payment on a different browser.
