This is hitting Facebook, and though it looks like a scam, I'd sure like for someone close to Adobe would confirm. I posted some things on their page that I felt flagged them as a scam, and was promptly blocked from posting any further. I'm sending a message with my suspicions to everyone who posts on their FB page.
Last week, I reported the same scammers to Facebook and Adobe. I suggest you do the same.

I have, and several others have as well, but we've not heard a thing from Adobe nor Facebook. I don't think that they are selling 'Counterfeit or Non-Genuine Software'. Not sure exactly what the scam is, but I'll bet that it entails the purchaser buying one of their products, then the scammer turns around and provides them with an actual license that they somehow received at a much lower cost.
There isn't a lot of incentive for Adobe to fight this, as it actually benefits them by increasing the number of new license sales. And Facebook more than likely wont pull the account until someone can provide actual proof that it is a scam, and Adobe is being strangely silent.

I actually purchased from them, and I know someone else did contact Adobe directly to ask about it. They bought a large license that would cover a large number of people and added anyone who paid them to that enterprise license. adobe informed the other purchaser that it would be valid as long as the company remained in business. Guess what? Company has vanished without a trace in less than a month, leaving me out about $180, and my apps no longer work. It was a gamble. I'm contesting via my bank and hope to be credited back. I'm sure these guys made off with thousands.

Their site is still live, and they've now added Microsoft Office.
The site is full of clues...
"Lifetime refers to the lifetime of this online store"
"By buying this you hereby agree to our terms of service and refund policy, and withdraw your right to a refund after successful product delivery."
"...should anything ever happen to your invitation at any point for any reason, we will replace it right away"
Note that they say 'your invitation', and not 'your subscription'.

Just to note that large company licenses are NOT divisible and salable to other people. So if someone offers you a good deal that involves you getting part of a company license, walk away. Adobe are blocking ALL licenses that were sold this way as soon as they discover them - sometimes weeks later, sometimes years, but there is no comeback.
