The error message said was the trouble is -> disk error.

Check your hard disk on which Photoshop is installed.

If the hard disk seems to be ok please give us more informations about your system.

• Which version of Photoshop?

But the disk probably isn’t ok, since you get an error message about it! Did you check the event log?

How do you know that the disk is OK?

Disk errors are OS errors and not application errors. They need to be solved on the OS level. Photoshop is even not started according to your indications.
