Divices with PowerPC processors are no longer supported?

I have a old Mac, iBook G4. Version 10.5.6 and my processor is 1.33 GHz PowerPC G4.

Clearly the problem is i cant instal the new flash with my processor. How would i be able to download flash? Can I even change my processor?
