Do you need both Adobe Pro PC & Creative Cloud for Teams

Do you have to have both the Adobe Pro PC and the Creative Cloud for teams plans? Or can you just have the Adobe Pro PC plan?

The Creative Cloud All Apps plan gives you access to all applications (Adobe says 20+ applications including Acrobat Pro DC).

Do you mean Adobe Acrobat Pro DC? Acrobat is included in the All Apps plan.

You can, however, also buy a single product plan. Acrobat is in that sense special as it is part of its own "plan", the Document Cloud. See here: Choose your solution | Adobe Document Cloud

The purpose of the Creative Cloud Plan is to give you the other apps included - over a dozen such as Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and more. Nobody needs Creative Cloud (full plan) plus Acrobat DC but that's because the full plan includes Acrobat DC.
