I mean, If I'm a traveler with no Internet connection most of the time

yes, you can use adobe's cc.

1. you'll need a connection during installation.

2. thereafter you'll need to reconnect for a few minutes once every 30 (monthly paid subscription) to 99 (annual paid) days.
