don't working SAVE AS... in photoshop and illust

help..

When i run Photoshop or Illust, I can't see the start first screen, and don't working SAVE AS...After using CCleaner and regist cleaner.

So. i try to creative cleaner tool and All product reinstalled.

But have a same issue.

How can i fix it?

(I am a regular pay every month)

Which versions exactly? Which operating system?

Photoshop verson is 21.0.2 & illust is 24.01 and it is newest verson.

and windows 10. help me..
