I just bought Adobe Premiere Pro and I can't download it. Is it because I have Mac OS X 10.6.8?

Welcome to the forums.

Premiere pro cc can be installed only on mac 10.7 and above. As the creative cloud application installer is designed to be supported only above 10.7 mac. Please upgrade your mac.
