Downlaoding CA Character Animator

Hey poeple of the Adobe communti, hope you are all keeping well and safe in these testing times. 

I recently joined and purchased this CC (Creative Cloud).  I am wanting to create my own CA and have tried to downlaod this, however once downloaded I keep getting this pop up saying 

''Loadlibrary failed with error 1114'' some DLL file. 

Can someone please help me with this ?
