download acrobat 11 on new computer

i have license for acrobat 11.o for WIN ESD, i need to install it on my new computer, i'm doing all the steps correctly but the download doesn't start, with noerror message, please advise

or did you mean you're having trouble installing it, not downloading it?

Acrobat 11 is dead, since October 2017.

Use one of these instead.
