Download adobe Muse trial

I am trying to download the trial version of Muse, it asks me to select an application to open the link, either an adobe application or URL handler, I have tried both options and hit next, it then says adobe muse is downloading now, but for the life of me I can't see where it is downloading!! I have looked at my download folder in firefox and there is nothing there. Can someone please tell me where I can find it or if it has even downloading at all.

Finally does anyone else find it frustrating that there is no way of contacting a member of the support team either by phone, email or live chat. If anyone knows how I can contact them please let me know.
