I need to download Adobe X again to my computer, I have the product key but cannot figure it out.

    is that acrobat pro x? 

    if so, and if you follow all 7 steps, you can download a trial via one of the links on this page using a browser that accepts cookies:  http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html

    and activate with your serial number.

    if you have a download problem, you didn't follow all 7 steps.  typically, failure to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 is the problem, but your browser must also allow cookies so that's (a restrictive browser setting) another potential source of problems.

    if that's acrobat standard x and you got the software via adobe.com, log into your account and check "my orders">"order history" for a link

    if that's acrobat standard x and you got the software from dell, http://www.dell.com/support/contents/us/en/19/category/Product-Support/Self-support-Knowledgebase/software-and-downloads
