I just set up my new MacPro and need to download CS6 Master collection since I no longer have a DVD drive. I have my single user license number and need to find how I can access the download to install.
PLEASE HELP!
It is a shame that Adobe no longer has chat support available for me to use.
Thanks,
Ron

Adobe does provide chat support though not on a 24/7 basis. Where do you try looking that failed to produce a link for chat? (not asking as a challenge to you... it's an issue with finding the link that needs to be resolved)

Thanks for responding Ned!
The link you provided seems to be very helpful and I was not able to access it on my own even though I searched all around the sight with the information I could find. In looking for the chat help, I went to support and it gave me my options. Chat was grayed out as not being accessible.

Ned, If I can ask you another question please?
I purchased a single user license version of CS6 and like it that way. I have not subscribed to your Creative Cloud version and see no virtue in it for me at all. I endorse the practice of owning the license and using it as I need and see fit for as long as I care, without the worry of any particular month it being used or not.
HOWEVER... There has not seemed to be any upgrades for me to purchase in over 2 years and therefore Adobe, has not benefitted from me as a user. Can you please expand on this issue as I have seen no worthy reason to subscribe to your Creative Cloud.
Thanks,
Ron

Hi Ron,
First and foremost... I do not work for Adobe... anything you labeled as "your" is as much yours as it is mine.
Also, I too prefer to own my own - I do not use the Cloud applications - my machine is not up to par to use them anyways.
You are not likely to see any further upgrades beyond CS6 as far as I can see. I don't think there is any plany for a CS7 release. Adobe could continue on with the subscription service and eventually drop the licensed option for their main applications.
The subscription plan provides the benefit of continuous upgrades, not waiting for new versions to be released like was done in the licensed versions (though they did release all new versions of their CC products recently... so much for that plan).
