Download Error CC2015

I am running Windows 10 and recently installed the CC Destop 2015 (Ver 2.2.0.129). I have been getting the same Download error over and over as shown in the picture below. I have tried to correct it by:

     1. Downloading and re-installing the CC Desktop program several times.

     2. Deleted the opm.db file and restart

     3. Deleted the OOBE folder and restart

I am still receiving the same message.  Does anyone have the same issue??
