Download Error - Code 119

I am using windows 10 pro - 64 bit - Intel I7.

I was trying to install Adobe XD. But it get stuck on 2% and an error pops out.

I did google about this error code. I came to know this is some kind of network issue. But I have a strong internet connection.

And my firewall is also off.

Any help. trying for last one week.

Thanks for the update, Akkigeek.  I would recommend you try an alternate Internet connection to see if you continue to receive Error 119.  If the server continues to fail to respond on an alternative network, then please review all installed software which can affect the computers ability to connect to the Internet.  You may want to temporarily disable or remove any software to verify if it is changing the ability of the computer to reach the servers listed in Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints

Thanks for your valuable reply. I followed the link you have given to me to check for connectivity problems (Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications )

Above mentioned link has some steps to follow. Following are the points:

1. To determine if you have access to the Adobe activation servers, click this link.

This works fine in my case.

2. Start an Internet browser and open one of the following links, depending on the version of your product:

When I clicked this link, the following things I got

3. Reset the hosts file on Windows

I do not have any extra entry in my host file.

4. Make sure that you can access secure sites.

Website is opening gud with my login

Download the Limited Access Repair tool:

Tried the above link too.

Nothing is working...

Akkigeek, sorry you are facing Error 119 while attempting to install Adobe XD on Windows 10.  Are you installing Adobe XD on a home computer or is this computer a work computer located on a managed network?

For additional information on Error 119, please see Adobe apps download and install errors .

I am installing Adobe XD at my home computer.

You provided me a link which I was already tried and I put screenshot of those in above replies.

I contacted your customer care. They was like, gave the same link and they want me to accept that there is issue with my internet only.

you can see the above screenshots, I have awesome speed of internet connection and firewall is off.
