DOWNLOAD ERROR - PAGE NOT FOUND
So, after entering the redemption code and getting my serial number when I hit download it takes me to a page that says "Page not found, sorry we couldn't find that page". What's the deal?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
