download error

I have creative cloud downloaded but under apps panel it says download error please contact customer support

I think i've accidentally uninstalled something i shouldn't have but i don't know what

I also have a cc illustrator installer dmg .when it runs it also encounters a problem "installer failed to initialize"

anyone know What file am i missing?? am i able to download this somewhere or would i have to restore my system TT

are you downloading a program?  updating?  which program?

im trying to download creative cloud. But as I said im unable to download any adobe program

uninstall whatever cc is installed, clean and reinstall per Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6

Tried that too =( maybe I need to contact adobe about this
