Hi, i cannot donwload the illustrator CC because the adobe's site say operation system not supported,

but i've 10.6.8 tha is supported..

you need 10.7+ and 64 bits per http://www.adobe.com/products/illustrator/tech-specs.html

Multicore Intel processor with 64-bit support
Mac OS X v10.7, v10.8, or v10.9
2GB of RAM (8GB recommended)
2GB of available hard-disk space for installation; additional free space required during installation (cannot install on a volume that uses a case-sensitive file system or on removable flash storage devices)
1024x768 display (1280x800 recommended)
Internet connection and registration are necessary for required software activation, membership validation, and access to online services.*

Kglad and Mauri_76 I believe the Creative Cloud Desktop application is enforcing the system requirements referenced by Kglad in message #1.

Mauri_76 can you please update this discussion if you are able to install successfully by launching the installer directly using the directions Kglad offered in message #3?

Also as an alternative if you have a full Creative Cloud Membership Illustrator CS6 is currently included. Please see Download previous versions of Adobe Creative applications - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/download-previous-versions-creative-applications.html for information on how to install Illustrator CS6 if you are unable to upgrade beyond Mac OS 10.6.8.
