Hi Adobe, please start the server - I just purchased an update to my Lightroom (4 -> 5) and tried to download it from direct link from my Adobe account. It seems that your server is not on, because the download stops again and again after 34 % have been downloaded. Check your system!

    either:

    clear your adobe.com cookies or

try with a different browswer or

if you follow all 7 steps you can dl a trial here: http://prodesigntools.com/lightroom-5-ddl-comparison-vs-lr4.html

    and activate with your serial.

if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps.  the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

    Many thank's for your help!

I opened a different browser and went to my Adobe account. Then choosed my new Lightroom 5 purchase  and clicked the download link. It worked like a charm. Download did not stop this time, I got it all 100%.

But no, it still do not download all. Download stops at 307/819 MB, so it is the same 34%. I cleaned the cookies before download. So no impact. I still believe, that some of the servers are down.
