Download Issues: After Effects

After downloading Creative Cloud desktop, I started downloading Adobe After Effects and it's not getting downloaded. I tried several times, thought it was my network problem, but found out that my network is stable and efficient, so I don't know what to do.

Is this a new purchase or the trial version or a new computer? What is the error message? A screen shot will help.

iam triying to download the tyrial version, and my system is a new one. 

There are no error messages, the downloading gets stuck at 12%  from there it wont move a single %. I have waited for about 3 hours and there was no movement, and i tried several times
