Download issues photoshop

I recently bought a dell computer with photoshop as an option. I received my computer but do not know how do get the already paid for photoshop. please help?

Since this seems to be a Dell option, have you asked Dell?

    No I haven’t. They’re impossible to deal with. I guess I’ll have to.

    A tip: once you get the info from Dell, be sure to make careful records and keep copies of anything you download. Keep them safe: that means somewhere COMPLETELY OUTSIDE your computer. Because, you will need them if the computer breaks, as they often do.

      Are you sure it was Photoshop and not the Elements version.

      in any event you should of gotten some documentation with the computer explaining what to do to download and get a valid serial number.
