Download/Update Problem

The downloading process could not be completed while we try to download/update on Adobe Creative Cloud Application. Attached you may find the screenshot of the downloading problem while we try to download without creative cloud. By the way, we did not receive any error or warning message as well.

Endert31792695, please check the install log to determine why Adobe XD is failing to install.  See  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html for information on how to locate and interpret the installation log files.

I didn't see such an error when I entered the folder.

I deleted the Creative Cloud app. When I try to reload it freezes again at 19.5%.

I am sorry to hear that, Ender31792695, the log files are appended too each time and the most recent errors will be at the bottom of the file.
