CS6 Creative Suite is about 4 gigs. I get as far as about 35MB. I am using Safari. does anyone have any experience about this? Adobe's website talks about increasing temporary but my Apple tech says this should not be a problem and knows nothing about increasing such a space.

I really need some help.

Tried again twice after my posting. The first failed after a few kilobytes, but the last try is perking along. Right now-3:15, the time line is about 20% to completion.

if you have a problem downloading, use a different (wired) connection and/or a different browser and/or a download manager.

Try resetting your cable modem and restarting  your router.

It will clear out their cache buffer.
