downloading a trial app not working

In the Apps section when I hit the "try" button for an app I would like to try the app moves to the top under the install section but the "try" button is still present and it doens't actually download the app.Am I doing something wrong?

It is 64 bit, with 8 gigs of ram and an Intel core i5 processor touch screen enabled inspiron 5000 series


Sign out from Creative cloud and Sign in again .

Disable Anti-Virus and Firewall temporarily.

If you are using Anti Virus applications like Mcafee ,AVG, Notron ..etc make sure to disable their smart firewall.

Then try to install After Effects and check.

Please mention the name of the application you are trying to install .

I am trying to install After effects on a windows 8.1 machine. It does this for any app that says try next to it. THe apps that say install will actually download and install.

Is the computer 32 bit or 64 bit ?
